Basic Vinaigrette

Basic Vinaigrette

Makes enough for 3-5 salads

A salad isn’t a salad without a dressing and this is a very basic dressing that will suit most salads. Store it in a jar or bottle in the fridge for a couple of weeks.

 

Ingredients

2 teaspoons of wholegrain mustard

50ml white wine vinegar

150ml extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

 

Method

-          Place all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.
